The Northwest Center for Integrative Medicine is a comprehensive, outpatient
healthcare facility specializing in the areas of pain management and general
rehabilitation services. We provide medical treatment, physical therapy,
psychological counseling, biofeedback therapy and vocational counseling.
We offer an intense interdisicplinary, return-to-work pain management program
for injured workers with chronic pain. Our pain rehabilitation programs
are fully accredited by CARF, The Rehabilitation Accreditation Commission.
