PHYSICAL THERAPY
The physical therapy department at Northwest Center for Integrative Medicine provides a wide range of outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation services, both on an individual basis and in the context of the Pain Management Program. Areas of particular expertise and specialization include:
General outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation.
WorkWell System Functional (Physical) Capacity Evaluation.
Practitioners providing neck and back evaluation and treatment.
Myofascial restriction and soft-tissue injury.
Industrial injury and rehabilitation.
On-site industrial ergonomic assessment and recommendations.
Chronic pain disorders.
Our physical therapists offer an array of services and treat each patient
as an individual. Patients are scheduled for one hour evaluation;
undergoing a comprehensive process to determine specific needs and treatment
goals. These goals are discussed with the patient who become actively
involved in their rehabilitation process.
Our physical therapists also work closely with referring physicians from
the community and our own office to ensure integrated treatment for their

appointments can me made during our regular hours of 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
or at an alternative time due to special needs.
