Dr. Cooper is Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.  He has been with Northwest Center for Integrative Medicine since 2009, serving as Medical Director for our CARF-Accredited Interdisciplinary Pain Rehabilitation Program since 2011.  In addition to his Medical Director duties, he continues to provide a wide range of outpatient physiatry services including consultation, rehabilitation management, trigger-point and joint injection, and electrodiagnostic nerve conduction testing. Dr. Cooper completed his medical training at the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2005, and his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis in 2009 (where he served as Chief Resident his final year).  Outside the clinic setting, Dr. Cooper enjoys hiking in the Cascades, and local walks and fun runs whenever possible.  He also enjoys motivating others to do so as well, encouraging (requiring?!) the entire staff of NWCIM to participate in the annual Sound to Narrows event in June each year.
